January 2022 Screen Scenes
How is it that 2022 is already here just when it felt like 2021 was just starting? Nevertheless, the arrival of a new year smells, tastes, and feels like new beginnings, new opportunities, and a new lease on living. As we are just reeling from the joys (or stress) of the holidays, don’t apologize for wanting to spend the first month of 2022 just resting. There is no need to start the new year at full speed - ease into it slowly and intentionally. New years are for trying out new things - a new workout routine (I’m getting into rope flow!), a new hobby, a book in a new-to-you genre - or making better choices for ourselves like drinking more water and setting a new financial goal.
Whether it’s living a more peaceful life, being grateful, embracing new opportunities, or becoming a better version of yourself, try setting an intention for this new year, lovelies. Not only does it set the tone for the year, it keeps us aware and aligned to our values, vision, and goals. And if that’s not something you do, there is absolutely nothing wrong with embracing what the new year brings and trusting in the magic of new beginnings.
